JEREMY Clarkson has FINALLY given fans a health update after his heart scare and he opened up on his fat jab transformation ahead of his big TV return.

The 66-year-old revealed in October 2024 that he had been rushed to hospital and told he was potentially days away from dying.

He underwent heart surgery where he was fitted with a stent to clear his arteries. Soon, Clarkson’s Farm viewers will see the moments unfold in the upcoming season five of the Amazon show.

During a surprise appearance on Heart Breakfast, Jeremy addressed the ordeal.

Host Jamie Theakston said: “Can I just say you look very well. I know you’ve had a couple of health scares recently.”

Jeremy jokingly replied: “Yes, it’s fat jabs.”

The TV star was then asked how he was feeling and confessed he looked “like a Lowry painting.”

Lowry painted people as dark, thin and elongated, almost silhouettes, which are often referred to as “matchstick men.”
Jeremy then reassured them that he was doing well.

He said: “I’m well thank you very much. Yes, it was quite a fraught year last year but no I’m absolutely fine now. Tickety-boo!”
The Prime Video star then admitted that life on the farm was harder than he imagined it would be.

Jeremy said: “I thought farming when I first started, what seven years ago, you just drive around in a Range Rover, went to the pub occasionally and moaned about the weather and then in February went skiing.

“And I thought well that’s easy I could do that. And then I started doing it and it is unbelievably difficult. And I’m lucky because I’ve often got a film crew here so there’s a lot of people.

“But when there isn’t a film crew here you start to realise ‘God I’m all on my own all day.’ Literally all day six in the morning until midnight. And then you think ‘oh God there’s no money coming in.’”

He added: “These guys [farmers] are on their own worrying all day long that the weather is not right and that another subsidy is gone and they’re being forced to grow bird food rather than human food. You know it is a very distressing industry at the moment.”

Later on in the show, the former Top Gear presenter accidentally let slip a teaser for the next series, which is just weeks away from premiering on June 3.

He said: “It is the most dramatic one of the shows we have done so far. And it gets more and more dramatic towards the end. Yeah, I’ll say no more than that because we’re not actually doing any PR for this series at all.”

Last year, Jeremy penned his experience using Ozempic in his Sunday Times column.

He said: “I began two years ago on Ozempic, but that didn’t work. My body lost the ability to deal with gluttony but once the initial enthusiasm had worn off, my mind still wanted to breakfast on Cadbury Fruit & Nut
“This meant I was sick a lot. And after I had vomited, I figured I was empty and could have another bottle and maybe another bar of chocolate too. Ozempic turned me into a bulimic version of Henry VIII and, after six months, having put on half a stone, I gave up.”
