His efforts have been documented in the hugely popular Amazon Prime TV series Clarkson’s Farm.

Its fifth series aired last week, with a further two episodes due on Wednesday and the final two the Wednesday after.

Mr Clarkson’s Chadlington farm, named Diddly Squat, also has a farm shop which attracts thousands of fans each year.

The farm will be hosting the Cereals events this week on June 10 and 11, which will mean various road closures.

The farm shop will remain open.

A statement from the shop said: “Diddly is hosting Cereals this Wednesday and Thursday. Cereals is a farming trade event and is not open to the public.

“There will also be road closures and extra traffic around the farm during this time.

“The farm shop will still be open as usual but if you’re planning a visit it might take a little longer than normal to get to us.

“You might want to visit our shop at The Farmer’s Dog instead, which will be open as usual with less traffic around the area.

“Thanks for your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience.”
