However the Derbyshire-based nurse hasn’t slowed down as she has given up her day job and is now juggling several “TV projects” alongside becoming a social media star.

Speaking on the Fed by Farmers podcast about her decision to quit nursing, Harriet explained: “I’ve given up nursing because I was going into people’s houses and I was getting recognised as that girl off the telly.

“I was supposed to be there as a professional nurse – there were people dying at the end of the day and I was supposed to be there as a professional.”

She continued: “The stress of doing social media, being a nurse, a farmer and doing brand deals was too much. In black and white I don’t need the money.

“I was working all week and I’d be earning 34k a year but I just did not need that, that was nothing you can earn in the social media game, I look at some things and think it’s crazy.

“But you’ve got to do it…How many other people can say they can give that up at 24, to give up their job and go into full time farming which is all I’ve ever wanted to do.”
Harriet, who made a notable impression during her brief appearance assisting Jeremy Clarkson in the fourth series of Clarkson’s Farm, revealed: “I’ve got a few new TV things coming off too which I’m very excited about.”

She’s had several ad deals since her TV debut, and discussed the latest on the podcast, reports The Sun. She said: “Aldi’s the biggest (brand) yet, British beef. I’m seeing them next week – I don’t know what they’re getting me to do yet,” she revealed. “I think I’m allowed to talk about it, it’s good publicity for Aldi anyway!”
When questioned about whether she’s returning to series 5 of Prime Video’s Clarkson’s Farm, she hinted: “I’m not allowed to say, you’ll have to see. It’s top secret.”

It has been confirmed that Clarkson Farm will return with a brand new series on Wednesday 3 June, with two additional episodes released a week later on 10 June, followed by the final two episodes on 17 June.

As teased by Prime Video, Jeremy decides some big changes are needed to make the farm run more smoothly, amidst a government budget that sends the UK farming community into uproar.

The synopsis adds: “But while the farm tries to go high-tech – resulting in Kaleb’s first ever trip abroad – even bigger developments are heading for Diddly Squat that are going to prove much more of a challenge.”

Clarkson’s Farm season 5 returns on Wednesday 3 June. Seasons 1-4 are available to watch on Prime Video now.
