Kaleb Cooper Sounds the Alarm on Dairy Farming

Clarkson’s Farm favorite Kaleb Cooper has issued a stark warning about the future of British dairy farming — and his message is clear: “Say goodbye to milk.”

In a passionate post on Instagram Stories, the 27-year-old Amazon Prime star expressed concern over the devastating challenges facing dairy farmers as costs rise and profits plummet.

“Milk price for farmers dropping, hay silage and straw at record high prices = no more dairy farmers,” Kaleb wrote.
“Say goodbye to milk.”

‘People Don’t Even Know What Milk Costs Anymore’

Kaleb went on to highlight how undervalued milk has become in the eyes of the public.

“Another thing is that no matter where you go these days, everyone has milk in the fridge,” he continued.
“Most people — if you ask them how much that pint of milk cost — they won’t know! It’s something we need all the time.”

He added a touch of humor to his message, addressing lactose-intolerant fans directly:

“If you’re lactose intolerant, I’m sure you won’t have milk in the fridge — but you’ll probably still keep some in, just in case you have a friend come round for a cuppa.”

A Grim Outlook for the Dairy Industry

Kaleb’s warning comes as UK dairy producers face a sharp drop in milk prices, with many expected to receive less than 40p per litre before the end of the year.

According to Farmers Weekly, the outlook remains bleak:

“Industry sources suggest prices are likely to remain low post-Christmas and into the spring if supplies remain high, with little uplift expected until the second half of 2026.”

That means, for many farmers, the future of dairy production is hanging by a thread.

Kaleb Cooper Expands His Own Farming Empire

While worried for his fellow farmers, Kaleb has also been busy expanding his own agricultural ventures. Following in the entrepreneurial footsteps of his Clarkson’s Farm boss, Jeremy Clarkson, the young farmer has launched his own meat business, Cooper Livestock Ltd.

On his official website, Kaleb describes the family-run business as being “passionate about producing home-reared beef, lamb, and pork.”

“From field to fork, everything we sell is raised with care and butchered locally to ensure the best quality and flavour,” the website reads.

Customers can now order a range of farm-fresh products including steaks, sausages, burgers, and BBQ boxes, all promising to “bring the best of the countryside to your kitchen.”

A New Business — and a Brand of His Own

Kaleb has also tapped into his growing fanbase with a line of merchandise, offering branded hoodies, rugby shorts, and shirts priced between £32 and £60.

It’s another step in his growing empire — one that balances business success with a continued fight for the farming community he loves.

A Voice for Farmers Everywhere

Since first appearing on Clarkson’s Farm in 2021, Kaleb Cooper has become a breakout star and outspoken advocate for British agriculture. His mix of humor, authenticity, and passion for farming has made him one of the most recognizable young voices in the industry.

And while he’s enjoying success off-screen, Kaleb’s message to the public remains serious — the survival of British dairy farming is at risk, and without support, the nation may one day face the unthinkable: supermarket shelves without milk.

“Say goodbye to milk,” Kaleb warned. “Because if something doesn’t change, that’s exactly what’s coming.”
