Kaleb Cooper Leaves the Cotswolds Behind as He Takes Farming Global in New Prime Video Series
Kaleb Cooper Launches First Solo Farming Series in Australia
Prime Video has officially confirmed a new four-part documentary series starring Kaleb Cooper, marking his first solo television project away from Clarkson’s Farm.
Titled Kaleb: Down Under, the series will see the young British farmer travel to Australia to explore agriculture on a scale far beyond anything he has experienced before.

From the Cotswolds to the Outback
Best known for his straight-talking advice and quick wit alongside Jeremy Clarkson, Cooper has become one of the most recognisable faces in modern farming television. In this new series, he leaves the familiar fields of Chipping Norton behind and heads to the Australian outback to discover how farming operates across vast, challenging landscapes.
Produced by Amazon MGM Studios, Kaleb: Down Under follows Cooper as he meets local farmers, tests heavy-duty machinery, and learns how Australians manage extreme climates, distance, and scale in their agricultural work.
A Major Step Outside His Comfort Zone
At 27, Cooper’s decision to take on an international project represents a significant personal challenge. Known for admitting his reluctance to leave home, the move to Australia marks his first long-haul trip and his first time farming overseas.
Speaking about the project, Cooper said:
“I spend most of my time with the most travelled man in the world, so I got brave and booked my first-ever flight to see what all the fuss was about.
Australia, here I come. You’ll be gaining a new farmer for a couple of months.”
He added that the experience would also test whether his farming contracting skills could work on a global stage.
Farming on an Entirely Different Scale
Australian agriculture is among the largest and most demanding in the world, with farms stretching across millions of acres. The series will showcase everything from vast sheep and cattle stations to advanced crop operations built to withstand drought, floods, and isolation.
Throughout the programme, Cooper compares British and Australian farming methods, learning new techniques while offering his own practical perspective shaped by years of hands-on work in the UK.

Amazon Praises Cooper’s Appeal
Tara Erer, Head of Northern Europe Originals at Amazon MGM Studios, highlighted Cooper’s natural connection with audiences:
“Kaleb Cooper has won viewers over with his no-nonsense farming knowledge and unmistakable charm.
Watching him swap Chipping Norton for the Australian outback promises compelling television as he encounters farming on a whole new scale.”
Filming Schedule and Release Plans
Filming for Kaleb: Down Under is set to begin in autumn 2025, with production taking place across multiple regions of Australia, including remote inland areas and coastal farming hubs.
The four-part series will stream exclusively on Prime Video following completion.
Fans of Clarkson’s Farm can also expect Cooper to return for season five, which has already finished filming and is scheduled to premiere next year.
A Farmer First, Always
Despite his growing profile, Cooper has consistently stressed that farming remains his priority.
“I’m a farmer first,” he has said in previous interviews. “TV is fun, but I’d rather be in a tractor than a studio.”
That grounded attitude continues to resonate with audiences, helping turn his journey from local contractor to international presenter into one rooted in authenticity rather than celebrity.
Looking Ahead
With Kaleb: Down Under, Cooper’s story moves from the fields of the Cotswolds to the vast landscapes of Australia. The series promises insight, humour, and genuine exploration of global farming life — all through the eyes of a young farmer eager to learn, adapt, and grow beyond borders.
From small British fields to the Australian outback, Kaleb Cooper’s next chapter is set to be his biggest yet.
