Kaleb Cooper Reveals What He’s Been Up to in Australia During Filming of *Kaleb: Down Under
Clarkson’s Farm Star Kaleb Cooper Shares Cheeky Update After Touching Down in Australia
The fan-favourite farmer begins filming his new Prime Video series Kaleb: Down Under — and he’s already causing laughs abroad
Kaleb Cooper has officially landed in Australia — and true to form, he’s making fans laugh before the cameras even start rolling. The Clarkson’s Farm star, best known for his sharp wit and no-nonsense farming know-how, has shared his first update from Down Under as he begins filming his brand-new Prime Video series, Kaleb: Down Under.

A Farmer Abroad
After rising to fame alongside Jeremy Clarkson on the hit series Clarkson’s Farm, where he helped manage the chaos of Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire, Kaleb is now striking out on his own for the first time.
The new four-part series follows him as he embarks on his first solo trip abroad, exploring one of the world’s largest agricultural industries. According to Prime Video, Kaleb: Down Under will see the young farmer “experience farming at a scale he’s never encountered before — stretching thousands of acres across Australia’s vast landscape.”
Throughout the journey, Kaleb will meet Australian farmers, immerse himself in local culture, and learn how agriculture thrives in one of the planet’s toughest climates.
A “Bald Knob” Moment
Kaleb’s latest update from the road has already gone viral. Posting to his Instagram Stories, the 25-year-old shared a tongue-in-cheek video from Queensland.
Filming from his car with The Killers’ “Mr Brightside” playing in the background, he said:
“Just driven through a place called Bald Knob…”
Suppressing laughter, he added:
“In Australia. Lovely place — it’s a mountain, no trees, nothing on the top.”
The clip, which amused his three million followers, quickly spread across social media. For the record, Bald Knob is a small rural community in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast region with a population of fewer than 300 people, according to the 2021 census.

“Australia, Here I Come!”
Speaking about his new venture, Kaleb admitted that working with Jeremy Clarkson inspired him to take the leap:
“I spend most of my time with the most travelled man in the world, so I got brave and booked my first ever flight to see what all the fuss was about,” he said.
“Australia, here I come! And Australia, you’ll be gaining a new farmer for a couple of months as I discover if I can make my farming contracting business go international.”
The new series, produced by Expectation Entertainment, promises to capture both the challenges and the humor of adapting British farming experience to the wild Australian landscape — blisters, burns, backaches, and all.
Returning to Diddly Squat
Despite the new solo adventure, Prime Video has confirmed that Kaleb Cooper will return for Clarkson’s Farm Season 5, which is already in production and expected to air next year.
For now, though, fans can look forward to seeing him tackle giant Australian farms, meet local agricultural experts, and prove once again why he’s one of the most entertaining personalities in modern farming television.
