Jeremy Clarkson has welcomed a new arrival onto his Oxfordshire farm after what he described as a “late night” waiting for the birth.
The Clarkson’s Farm star shared a photo on Instagram on Friday showing a newborn calf resting in straw shortly after being born.

Captioning the post simply “Late Night. Worth it.”, Mr Clarkson appeared delighted with the latest addition to the herd.
Fans quickly flooded the comments with messages of congratulations and excitement.

“Another good news story,” one fan commented, while another said: “Beautiful – can’t wait for season five.”
The presenter’s partner, Lisa Hogan, also shared the joyful moment with followers a day later.
Posting a video to Instagram on Saturday, Ms Hogan filmed the newborn calf standing close to its mother in the farmyard.
“This is what arrived last night,” she said in the clip.

“She’s so gorgeous and healthy and beautiful.”
Ms Hogan then panned the camera towards the calf’s mother, adding: “Her mother is doing really well. She’s a super mum.”
She also revealed the calf marks the beginning of a new farming season at Diddly Squat.
“The first of 2026,” she told viewers.
The clip prompted another wave of delighted responses from followers.
“What will his name be?” one commenter asked, while another wrote: “Oh how gorgeous!!”
Others were struck by the calf’s size, with one viewer remarking: “That looks huge! I thought it was the parent at first.”
“Beautiful – all the very best for the coming days and months,” another fan added.
