Fans have shown overwhelming support for Jeremy Clarkson, expressing concern for the “frightened” star after a recent update about his professional life.
The former Top Gear presenter, who has also gained immense popularity for his hit Amazon Prime series Clarkson’s Farm, made the admission during the launch event for his new show Millionaire Hot Seat, a spin-off of Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?, which he has hosted since 2018.
According to the Daily Mail, the 65-year-old Clarkson revealed that he is “genuinely frightened” as he takes his first break from TV filming in 40 years. This marks a significant shift for the TV personality, who has been an integral part of shows like Top Gear and The Grand Tour, alongside his co-stars James May and Richard Hammond. Clarkson’s Clarkson’s Farm has also become a fan favorite, with cast members like Kaleb Cooper and Lisa Hogan rising to fame.
Clarkson announced that he would not be in front of a camera until March, calling the break “three months of s***,” in what seems to be a rare moment of vulnerability.
