Clarkson’s Farm Star Surprises Chipping Sodbury Pub With Festive Gift
Kaleb Cooper Delivers Christmas Tree — and Pours His Own Pint — During Surprise Pub Visit
Celebrity Farmer Makes Festive Stop in Chipping Sodbury
Kaleb Cooper, the fan-favourite farmer from Clarkson’s Farm, surprised staff and locals at The Horseshoe pub in Chipping Sodbury after personally delivering a Christmas tree — and pouring himself a pint of cider during the visit.
Cooper, known for his no-nonsense charm on the hit Amazon Prime series, visited the pub on Monday (December 8) as part of a national festive giveaway organised through Kaleb’s Jolly Pines.

Pubs Rewarded for Stocking Hawkstone Cider
Last month, pubs across the UK were invited to claim a free Christmas tree if they chose to stock Cooper’s Hawkstone Cider. A handful of lucky venues were promised a personal visit from the 27-year-old TV star — and The Horseshoe was one of the winners.
The pub already stocks both Hawkstone lager and cider and has been a strong supporter of the brand in recent years.
A Warm Welcome — Even from the Mayor
Kaleb was officially welcomed to the town by the Mayor of Chipping Sodbury, Councillor Sonia Williams, who joined staff and pub owners to greet the young farmer.
According to the pub, Cooper praised the area and said he “loves Chipping Sodbury,” leaving staff delighted by his friendly and enthusiastic visit.
Kaleb Samples a Pint: ‘Really Fresh’
During his time at The Horseshoe, Kaleb stopped behind the bar to pour himself a pint of Hawkstone cider — much to the excitement of staff and customers. He described the freshly poured pint as “really fresh,” which quickly became the highlight quote of the day.

A spokesperson for The Horseshoe expressed gratitude for Hawkstone’s ongoing support, saying:
“We would just like to add how grateful we are to Hawkstone for all their support over the last couple of years.”
Pub Shares the Visit on Social Media
The Horseshoe later took to Facebook to celebrate the surprise appearance, writing:
“We had the enormous pleasure of having Kaleb from Clarkson’s Farm and Hawkstone deliver our Christmas tree!
It was fantastic to have him meet the team, the Mayor (who was invited to welcome him to the town) and the owners of the pub.”
The festive gesture and Kaleb’s hands-on approach have only strengthened his popularity with fans — and brought some extra Christmas cheer to Chipping Sodbury.
